Drew oversees asset management for several commercial properties and helps develop multifamily and retail sites. He graduated from Wake Forest University with a major in mathematical economics and minor in entrepreneurship. Prior to joining ADG in 2020, Drew spent more than 5 years in financial planning at Merrill Lynch, where he received a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) license and remains a current charterholder. In his off time, Drew loves to be outdoors playing golf or soccer, hunting, and fishing, as well as spend time with his wife, Alex, and their Boykin Spaniel, Peggy.

Chris manages long-term timber and farmland investments and the acquisition, entitlement, and development of shorter-term residential neighborhood investments. He graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill with a major in psychology and later completed master’s work at NCSU in landscape architecture with a focus on ecological design. Prior to joining ADG in 2019, Chris owned and/or operated a series of agriculture businesses designing and developing edible landscapes, including Raleigh City Farm, and marketing local farm produce to nearby chefs and residents. Outside of work, Chris loves to spend time on a river, hike in the forest, and tour local farms and gardens, especially with his wife Jessie, daughter Sloan, and their chocolate lab, Ellie (a promising waterfowl retriever).

Liz is an accomplished professional with over 25 years of experience in office management, currently serving as the Office Manager at Ammons Development Group. With her extensive background in administrative roles, Liz ensures the smooth operation of office procedures, streamlining processes, and fostering a productive work environment.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Liz is a devoted sports fan. Whether cheering on the Florida Gators or NC State Wolfpack from the stands or watching with friends and family, her passion for sports runs deep. Recently, Liz embarked on a new chapter as a newlywed, embracing the joys and challenges of married life with enthusiasm and grace. In her free time, Liz indulges her creative side through her photography hobby. With an eye for detail and a knack for capturing fleeting moments, she finds joy in documenting life’s beauty through her lens, whether it be landscapes, candid portraits, or everyday scenes.

Andy founded ADG in 1998 to provide creative real estate solutions with an eye toward intergenerational values. He graduated from NCSU with a degree in Civil Engineering in 1982 and became a Professional Engineer. After spending several years with commercial construction companies in Florida, Andy returned to his native North Carolina two lead two major development projects in Wilmington and Nags Head. He relocated to the Triangle in 1996 to start a new community in Wake Forest, NC. Today Heritage Wake Forest is an award-winning master-planned community with over 4500 housing units on 2600 acres centered around extensive recreational amenities. Andy is a visionary leader, creative problem solver and efficient planner. When not working Andy loves to be outdoors with his wife Jan and family. Together Andy and Jan founded the The Jandy Ammons Foundation to improve local communities by funding project-driven endeavors.
