Land Acquisition & Residential Development
Through trusted relationships with landowners, brokers, and home builders, we identify, envision, finance, and develop quality residential communities. We purchase raw, entitled, or partially developed land in the path of future growth and steward it through the development process, ranging from smaller single-family custom home neighborhoods to large master-planned communities with hundreds of lots and multiple home types over several phases. As a strategic capital and development partner to local and national new home builders, we provide trustworthy land acquisition, efficient entitlements, and quality development, delivering ready-to-build lots.
Investment Properties
We collaborate with partners to develop and support an array of commercial and investment properties. The ADG team has experience entering and exiting properties in multiple sectors, including multifamily, single-tenant and multi-tenant retail, entertainment, and office. We also provide experience-based insight on all stages of commercial development. Our aim is to add value to holdings through environmentally beneficial land management principles. Current projects have established timbering, organic farming, and wildlife management protocols.
